In this Chinese tea ceremony, we will taste three types of tea from China: jasmine tea, Oolong tea, and Pu-erh. Through the tasting notes, we will experience the distinct flavors and characteristics of each tea, gain insight into the cultural experience of the Chinese Tea Ceremony, and ultimately encounter the Zen concept that "Zen is Tea" through the practice of tea meditation. Zoe Zhao, originally from China, is a graduate of the University of Nice in France, specializing in the fragrance industry. She has organized numerous Chinese tea ceremonies in Bali, sharing traditional Chinese tea culture and the meditative practice of tea meditation for inner peace.
