Chinese Spring Festival - Celebrating Lunar New Year

We will start around 5pm with introductions, some insights to the holiday customs and traditions.
Join Chef Kate and Friends for a delightful dinner of east asian flare and flavor. Dinner will be served around 6pm in Wellsview's Studio Space.
The menu includes:
Appetizers: Spring Rolls, Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup,
Main Course: Asian Shrimp & Mushroom Stew, and Handmade Dumplings, Rice,
Dessert: Homemade Nan Gao Cakes and Eight Treasures Congee,
Followed by a fireside evening, maybe even with some drumming and flute, at the labyrinth of light.
We will set intentions for our own new year, celebrate another cycle around the Sun!
We will learn about the astrology of the day and enjoy the spirt of the intuitive, imaginative and sympathetic 'WOOD SNAKE' too. (who knew! lol)
