I will be running two short taster sessions in both Tai Chi and Qigong where people can come and take part and try these forms of exercise

Tai Chi and Qigong are traditional exercises that originate from China that uses movement together with mindfulness. There are many health benefits from the regular practice of Tai Chi and Qigong
These include
Helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
Helps to improve balance and flexibility
Helps to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health
Helps to improve musculoskeletal strength
Helps to improve immune system response
Places will need to be booked in advance as limited spaces available
