About this Event
Traditionally, Chinese will visit the temples during the Chinese New Year for a year of blessings!
Join us on this year the Day of Chinese New Year as we learn more about these temples and at the same time get our blessings!
Explore the Singapore's version of our temple street lined with many Buddhist and Taoist Temples and get up close with several of these oldest temples in Singapore! Get to know about these religions and how they played their part by contributing to Singapore in the past (all the way back to 1800s) and present including one of the Public Holiday in Singapore!
This tour deepen your understanding about some of the main religions in Singapore and even your own religion!
1. Admire the awe-inspiring dragon and phoenix carving and relief at one of the oldest Buddhist temple.
2. Shoot a Tik Tok Video at the temple lane with the beautiful entrance gate.
3. Listen to the guide share about his personal family stories and encounters in the temple.
4. Learn about some of the lost and soon - to - be lost traditions.
5. Discover the "why" behind the prayers and rituals that you may not have known!
NOTE:
1. This guided tour will be conducted physically by a Licensed STB Tourist Guide.
2. Limited slots are available, please register early to avoid disappointment.
