Join us for a coursed sake pairing dinner, thoughtfully paired with a prix fixe menu created from our Chinese New Year offerings. Each course is designed to highlight tradition, abundunce, and longevity. Paired alongside beautifully selected sakes.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dila Lee of Kome Collective, who will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insight into sake styles, production, tasting notes, and how sake shines alongside food.
