Xingyiquan is one of the Chinese internal martial arts, renowned for its health benefits. Movement is combined with intention to gently “clean” all the joints of the body, while balancing the energetic system and remaining easy to learn and practice. Xingyiquan favors linear movement patterns that are simple to look at, but rich in their endless depth and subtlety. This xingyi class is more gentle and similar to qigong.
