Hello everyone, and welcome back to another semester of Chinese Book Club!
As usual, the club is organized in collaboration with the Confucius Institute of Tallinn, and aims to provide an opportunity to not only read works of Chinese literature, but to also gain knowledge and understanding of the context these books belong to.
The sessions of the book club are led by Lisa Indraccolo, a professor of Chinese studies at Tallinn University. There are two types of sessions: 'introduction' sessions which provide background on the books prior to reading the works, and the regular sessions with discussions about the book.
