During this intensive TrainShop, we are jointly:
•Challenging your company’s current market positioning and brand performance, based on modern performance indicators.•Gaining insights on how your company specifically can better meet market needs and customer expectations – in old and potential new business segments.•Developing scenarios of how your company’s Localisation 3.0 and future brand positioning & communication in China could look like (incl. Pros & Cons, risks, challenges, opportunities).
THE OUTCOME: You will leave with a clear strategic roadmap and practical ideas to start implementing measures and activities to develop your company into a genuine local brand that is visible, alive, and successful in modern China.

•Managing Directors and Owners•Sales and Marketing Managers•Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Teamsof German small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that already have their own operations (subsidiary, representative office) in China.
