China Town Heritage Tour

Celebrate Birmingham Heritage Week with a unique evening exploring the rich history, culture and flavours of Birmingham Chinatown.

Join us on Wednesday 16 September, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, for a guided walking tour led by Stewart Sherman-Kahn of Birmingham Chinatown Lions Club, uncovering the fascinating story of how Chinatown has grown into one of Birmingham's most vibrant cultural destinations.

Along the way, you'll enjoy a selection of simple Chinese street food and drinks while experiencing live demonstrations, including traditional hand-pulled noodle making and dumpling making.

Whether you're interested in local history, Chinese culture or simply looking for a different evening out, this tour offers a memorable insight into one of Birmingham's most iconic neighbourhoods.
