Introducing ChillWell™ Loopwell’s pop-in open hours. Starting in January, we’re inviting you into our wellness room to just be. No classes. No expectations. Just restorative time held for you.

• Pop in before work and set an intention for the day.
• Take a break midday to reset.
• Relax before school pick up or between work calls.
• Wind down at the end of the day and decompress before bed.
