It’s time to slip on those boots and grab your hat, it’s time for some elk country fun! We are excited to announce
our 12th Annual Chilli Creek Chapter Conservation Banquet to be held at the Silver Moon Banquet Hall in
Lewisburg, PA on an ALL-NEW date, Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Looking for an exciting elk country adventure? We’ve got plenty! Our live auction will feature items like our ever-
popular Elk Mountain Homestead Stay, with an amazing fall date of October 15-18, 2026, and the always
favorite Elk Country Wagon Ride on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Back by popular demand, the Elk Country After Dark Experience will immerse you in the magic that happens
after sundown in elk country. The clash of antlers and majestic bugles will heighten your senses and will be part of
an unforgettable evening. This event takes place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and includes a social
reception including food and beverages. This is a ‘NOT WANT TO MISS’ opportunity!
Another VERY popular item is the annual KECA limited edition Banquet Rifle. Again, this year, we will offer the
Banquet Rifle Raffle for KECA’s 2025 Banquet Rifle. This rifle is a beautiful Henry Long Ranger .308 Rifle with
custom engraving. Rifle will be one of sixteen available.
Don’t miss out on the Sponsor and Life Member drawing for a limited-edition Kimber 1911 with custom KECA
grips and accessories package. We will give away 1 for every 5 Sponsors or Life members and that’s an
opportunity you don’t want to miss out on! For more information on how to become a sponsor or Life member,
please see your application.
We will also have our Progressive Raffle, where a $20 ticket will give you a chance at a Christensen Arms Evoke
7mm rifle. The winner of the rifle, along with the winners from the other 16 KECA Chapter fundraising events,
will have a 1 out of 16 chance to win a guided bull and cow elk hunt for two at the Fishtail Ranch in Chama,
New Mexico! We are also offering an early bird special where if you purchase $100 in Progressive tickets pre-
banquet, you will receive 1 BONUS Progressive ticket!
As always, we will be offering an Early Bird Bonus for a limited time, and it will get you DOUBLE the amount of
face value tickets PLUS an entry to win a firearm! See your application for full details and don’t miss that Early
Bird deadline of Saturday, March 21, 2026.
We started it in 2024 and it’s back again... the Chilisuagi Table Sponsor opportunity! This is your opportunity to
round up some of your closest friends or family, have a night out on the town, and win some great prizes! Each
Table Sponsor includes meals and annual memberships for eight (8) people, a chance at a firearm (one winner
from each Table Sponsor), PLUS $500 in General Raffle Tickets for the table!
FUN FACT: “Chilli Creek” is short for Chillisquaque [Ch-ill-es-skwah-kee] Creek, which is derived from the Shawnee
word, Chilisuagi, which means “flight of the wild goose.” A Shawnee village had originally been established at the
confluence of the Chillisquaque Creek near Washingtonville.
The Keystone Elk Country Alliance continues to flourish in Pennsylvania and relies on these types of fundraisers
to continue the exponential growth that we have seen over the last 15+ years. The Elk Country Visitor Center
attracts nearly a half-million people annually and the outreach of their Conservation Education programs extends
so far beyond that as well. The mission to conserve and enhance Pennsylvania’s Elk Country for future generations is
something that is not taken lightly, and the organization continues to fulfill that mission by making sure that every
dollar we raise STAYS right here in Pennsylvania! We hope you will join us for a fun and relaxing evening to raise
funds for these upcoming projects and programs and help us to sustain well into the future!
Again, this year, we will be conducting our Chilli Creek Gives Back Program, where our chapter donates non-
perishable items to a local food pantry. For the last three years, the Chilli Creek Chapter and our banquet attendees have donated TRUCK BEDS FULL of non-perishable items to the various food pantries in the area, and we are hopeful to repeat this feat with your help!
Each banquet attendee is invited to bring THREE (3) non-perishable food items in exchange for a strip of General
Raffle Tickets ($20 Value). Your generosity is GREATLY appreciated!
We look forward to sharing the evening with you and experiencing the hospitality that the Silver Moon Banquet Hall
has to offer. They are conveniently located near I-80 and Route 15, with easy access and hotel accommodations
nearby. The meal will be a full buffet style meal that will include coffee, tea, and sodas and then followed by a dessert.
There will also be the opportunity to purchase a beer or wine glass to receive complimentary beverages for the entire
evening. Please see your application for full details.
Please complete the enclosed application for each membership and if you need customized seating arrangements, please include the names and preferred arrangements with your returned application.
