The Chilliwack Independent Film Festival presents…a night of absolute TERROR!
The 66SIX FILM RACE, a chillfilms production

On Friday, October 3, 2025, filmmakers will meet, receive their instructions, and have an opportunity to make the scariest horror movie of all time.
And they’ll have 66 hours, and SIX minutes to do it. To write, cast, film, edit and produce a short film that can be no longer than 6 minutes and 66 seconds in duration (ok, 7 min, 6 sec if we’re using the imperial system).
There are 5 categories from which you/your team will be entered into one. The categories are:
• Found Footage
• Slasher Horror
• Supernatural/Paranormal
• Comedy Horror
• Psychological Horror
The films will be screened Saturday October 18th at the 66SIX Horror Screening beginning 7 pm, at the wonderfully spooky (some say haunted…), Chilliwack Museum. AUDIENCE will have to stand by, for tickets!
EARLY BLACK BIRD Price to enter the 66 SIX FILM RACE, $39 per team. This includes tickets for two to the 66 SIX Horror Screenings.
PRIZES! Yes of course. Each winner in each category will receive a pair of passes to the Chilliwack Independent Film Festival.
The 66 SIX FILM RACE TOP winner will receive $500, and tickets to CIFF, AND, have their film screened as a part of the prestigious Chilliwack Independent Film Festival.
