Let us show you our knife skills and how we can really chop it up! We’re putting together three delicious courses, fun and fancy cocktails, and a menu that lets Amelia really show off what she can do. It’s a step up from our usual dinners, with creative dishes you won’t find any other night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and let’s make it a night to remember.
For this dinner we’re chilling out and celebrating foods that are meant to be served cool and refresh your soul. Amelia is sticking to flavors from Mexico, hot weather foods from a hot weather place, and is excited to make an amazing Corn Chopped Salad, 2 different kinds of Ceviche, and Tres Leche Cake for dessert.
