Join us for an engaging and revitalizing discussion on stress and anxiety—before they become overwhelming. This panel features experts from different fields who will share proactive strategies for managing anxiety and strengthening emotional resilience.
Through laughter, movement, creativity, and insight, we’ll discover practical tools to stay grounded, embrace the present, and approach life with greater ease—and perhaps even find joy along the way.
This event is open to the public. The registration fee is $10 at the door or in advance.

Organizer of Root the Power
Since 2018, Jondalyn Marshall has played a pivotal role in organizing Root the Power, guiding the program through significant growth and expanding its reach and impact. With her background as an entrepreneur and business owner, Jondalyn has honed her skills in coaching individuals and groups toward achieving their wellness goals. This experience has made her an exceptional mentor and facilitator for the young people involved in Root the Power, as well as a valuable connector with local community partners.
Jondalyn holds a master’s degree in business administration and brings a wealth of experience in both business and nonprofit administration. Her expertise has been essential to the internal operations and long-term sustainability of the organization. Under her leadership, Root the Power has expanded nationally, taking its vote mob early voting celebration event from one location in Wichita, Kansas, to five cities in Ohio and Aurora, Colorado.
Jondalyn’s dedication to empowering youth and strengthening community engagement continues to be a driving force behind the program’s success and its ongoing positive impact.

Comedian
Meghan Welch is a nationally touring comedian based out of Wichita, KS. Meghan Welch is a standout voice in the Midwest Alt comedy scene—wry, sharp, and delightfully unpredictable. She brings her irreverent humor to shows. Opening for Pauly Shore, Dusty Slay, Eddie Pepitone, and Sam Tallent.

Beyond local stages, Meghan has performed at Altercation Comedy Festival in Austin, TX, Don’t Tell Comedy, Laugh KC, she was voted Wichita’s Funniest Comedian, she also co-hosted a morning radio program called “My Friend Meghan” with Phil Thompson on 104.5 The Fox and was a finalist in the World Series of Comedy as well as co headliner on the Fine Young Idiots comedy tour alongside Stetson Banks.
Known for her candid delivery and grounded energy, she’s made a name as both a reliable headliner and a punchline powerhouse all around the US.
