Join the CYCA as we once again co-host a chili cook-off benefitting Peabody Elementary at Memphis Made Brewing. We'll hang out, catch up, sample some delicious homemade chili, and raise some funds for our wonderful neighborhood school!

Here are a few details about the competition.
● Set-up is from 12:00-12:45 p.m. Be prepared to serve by 1:00.
● Chili may be cooked from home then brought to Memphis Made.
● We will provide a heated chafing dish for you to serve your chili from.
● Prepare a minimum of 12 cups of chili.
● Bring a serving spoon or ladle to serve with.
● You will need to serve your chili, or designate someone to serve your chili from 1-3 p.m.
● Serving ends at 3:00, and clean up is from 3:00-4:00.
● The contest winners will be announced around 3:00 pm.
● We will provide bowls for participants to eat their chili in.
● Tickets are available for $10 each. This ticket will entitle you to 4 tastings, 1 bowl, and 1 drink. Additional tastings, bowls, and drinks will be available for purchase.
Each bowl is evaluated by a panel of judges based on its:
1. Taste
2. Consistency
3. Aroma
Prizes will be awarded for "Judges Choice," "People's Choice," & "Best Vegetarian Chili."
PARKING: Street parking is available on Lauderdale as well as on Monroe Ave. There is also a parking garage less than 2 minutes away; the entrance is on Monroe Ave just past Orion Credit Union HQ.
