Hoosiers for Change is hosting our 1st annual Community Chili Cook Off! Anyone can attend! Located on Peru Riverwalk on West Canal. Cost is $5 per person to taste. If you are interested in entering to cook the cost is $25 per booth. This is a great opportunity for a business, a campaign or just a fun fall activity.
