Track A: Foundations of Children’s Yoga (10hrs)

Track B: SEL & Mind-Body Wellness (10hrs)
- Yoga Philosophy for Children
- Breathwork & Mindfulness Techniques
- Emotional Stability Tools (decision-making, stress management)
- Communication Strategies with Children
- Yoga-Inspired Activities for Special Populations (ADHD, Autism, trauma)
- Mindfulness-Based Self-Care for Educators
Full 20-Hour Certification = Track A + Track B
- Comprehensive toolkit for schools, studios, and community programs
- Yoga Alliance CE Credit (20hrs YACE)
- Certificate in Children’s Yoga Teaching
