Children’s Yoga – 5-Week Series (March) 🧘♀️🧘♂️
Join us for a fun and calming 5-week Children’s Yoga series, held on Tuesdays in March:
March 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31
⏰ 5:45–6:30 PM
This series is designed for children ages 5–10 and includes:
- Interactive yoga games
- Creative breathing practices
- Individual and partner yoga poses
- Moments of relaxation and calm
💲 $65 per child for the full 5-week series
🎒 Please bring: a yoga mat and a water bottle.
A playful, supportive space for kids to move their bodies, build focus, and unwind!
We do have a small area for parents to wait or watch. :)
