Helping children cope with a loved one’s cancer diagnosis.
Our fully funded monthly sessions, in collaboration with Grow Wellbeing, provide support for children and young people during challenging times. These nature-based wellness sessions encourage growth through outdoor activities, fostering self-belief, confidence, learning potential, enthusiasm, communication, problem-solving abilities, and emotional well-being.
Details:
📅 Held on the last Saturday of each month (Starting Saturday 28th September)
📍Overchurch woods | Meet up point: Car park, Royden Rd, Upton, Wirral, CH49 4RH
🌲 Ages 6-12: Drop-off for a day of outdoor fun led by experienced Forest School Leaders
🌼 Ages 4-5: Parents can join in while supervising their little explorers
🥤 All resources and refreshments included!

Who is Grow Wellbeing?
Grow-Wellbeing is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers forest school, nature play and wellbeing in nature for children, young people and adults to engage in activities in the natural environment. Their mission is to support healthy communities, strongly connected to the natural environment. To achieve this, they deliver programmes aimed at building relationships between people, with a commitment to diversity and inter-generational co-operation, and the natural world.

Using forest learning, creative arts, storytelling, nature studies, outdoor adventures, games, play and eco-therapy, we aim to support the growth and development of resilient children and young people, committed to the future stewardship of the natural environment.
Ages 6 - 12: Parents are welcome to drop off children, while children 4 - 5 will require parent supervision.
