Children's Trike Event

Come celebrate National Bike Week and Greensboro’s Bike Month with The Giving Tree Montessori School at our Children’s Trike Event on Saturday, May 9th from 11am–2pm! This family-friendly celebration invites young riders to bring their tricycles and enjoy a variety of playful, bike‑themed activities designed just for them.

Children can zoom through our tricycle obstacle course, scrub down their wheels at the tricycle wash, and explore additional hands‑on stations focused on movement, creativity, and outdoor fun. Whether kids are experienced pedal pros or just learning to ride, this event offers a safe, joyful space to build confidence and celebrate active play.

All families and community members are welcome! Roll on over for an afternoon of biking fun!

Seeking Vendors and Food Trucks!

We are currently seeking bike-themed or child-friendly vendors and food trucks to join the festivities. Interested participants can email [email protected] for details. There is a $5 fee. We’d love to include local businesses!
