This September, our Children's Mindfulness Series is devoted to welcoming autumn! In this playful workshop, children will explore mindfulness through the magic of the fall season. Using their senses, they’ll learn how to slow down, notice, and connect with the world around them as nature shifts into autumn. Through simple breathing activities, sensory visualizations, and creative expression, kids will: -Listen to the sounds of fall and practice mindful hearing -Savor seasonal scents and tastes with curiosity -Create a fall-inspired bird feeder to celebrate the season -Practice gratitude for nature’s changes and cycles This gentle introduction to mindfulness helps children build focus, calm, and appreciation for the little things—while celebrating the beauty of autumn. $15 per child. Advance registration required. Limited seating.
