Children's Art and Mindset Workshop

In this 3 session event, mindset coach Sarah Caleb and artist Young Mi Chi will give kids age 9 and above tools to build healthy mindsets at an early age. Using exercises that are child psychologist approved, kids will learn to use art to process feelings and situations that may otherwise shut them down or make the feel alone. Through age appropriate mindset techniques, kids will learn to identify the "voice of a bully" in their heads so they can shut down toxic thought patterns early. Kids will also learn tools to replace those patterns with "the voice of a friend." Buildling healthy mindsets together in a non-threatening environment, kids will also learn how to relate to others and to exchange isolation and pressure for connection and fun! Free parking is available behind the building.
