Children Undergoing Bereavement Support

Grief can be hard for children to understand and even harder to talk about. CUBS is a supportive group for elementary school students in grades 1–6 who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Through guided activities, conversations, and friendships, children can:
Find Support: Share their feelings in a safe, caring environment.
Build Friendships: Connect with other kids who understand what they're going through.
Develop Coping Skills: Learn healthy ways to navigate grief and build resilience.
Find Hope: Discover that they are not alone and that healing takes time.
Every child deserves support through life's difficult moments. CUBS provides a place for kids to connect, grow and navigate grief together.
