I'm looking forward to this English Country dance at the Monday Club. We have two wonderful callers: Lizzy Wernert and Jill Horn. Fun and creative dances will be on the program. Martha Edwards will lead her troupe of musicians (Tim Hirzel, Rich Egan, and Craig Vinyard) and bless us with delightful harmonies. Come join us!
If you are new to English Country dancing, we can offer a quick lesson on the basics, however, all dances are walked through before dancing to the music. We love helping new dancers experience the joy of English Country dancing.
Dress comfortably. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Payment is $10 for adults; $5 for students, and can be made with cash, check, or through PayPal or Venmo.
Experienced dancers, please remember that the High Tea ECD weekend will be held September 4-6 at the Monday Club. There are still spaces available. See Childgrove.org for more information about this dance and how to register.
