Whether you watched and participated with Dance Discovery at Stages Universally Austen's festival, have never danced before, or are an "old hand" at ECD, come join us in elegant, zesty, and joyful English dances. You do not need to bring a partner, nor do you need to have a costume. If you come at 6:40 pm, we will provide an introductory lesson for those new to English Country Dancing.
Our dance leaders will be Karen Jackson and Courtney Cartwright. Both callers create entertaining dance programs.
Ragged Robin (Martha Edwards, Bill Boyer, and Tim Hirzel) will provide the lovely musical accompaniment.
Admission: $10 for adults; $5 for students. Payment can be made with cash, check, or through Venmo.
DO NOT FORGET --- The High Tea dance weekend is quickly approaching! This event is held at the Monday Club from August 29-31.
