NURTURE & NOURISH: MOM & BABY MEET-UP: A warm, inclusive gathering created for moms and their babies under 1 year old. Run by the AtlantiCare Lactation Consultants, who are also Registered Nurse, this group is designed for all moms, no matter how you choose to feed your baby. While feeding support is part of our expertise, Nurture & Nourish is about community, connection and whole-mom wellness.
What’s Included:
-A welcoming community of moms
-Monthly guest speakers on motherhood, wellness & baby care
-A baby scale for optional, unofficial weight checks (no weighted feeds)
