This linear 13-mile hike covers all 13 miles of Kalamazoo County! This beautiful section of trail includes forests, pines, prairie, an overlook, and wetlands. Shuttles through the day are planned.
Parking Location: MSU Robotic Dairy Farm (no longer operational) – 10461 N 40th St, Hickory Corners. Follow signs starting at Baseline Rd to N. 39th to the barn.
Registration starts: 7:40 am at the TENT on-site
Hike starts: 8:00 am
Hike Location: Baseline Rd. & N. 39th St.
Avenza Map 073 – Mile Marker 510.6 to 523.6 (13.1-mile hike)
Shuttle service will be provided throughout the day and at the end.
No restrooms available.
We recommend bringing a backpack with essentials: hat, water, sunglasses, snacks, a change of socks, sunscreen, bug spray, and cell phone.
Upon completion, you will receive certificate.
