Customer Code of Conduct & Event Policies
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, all guests agree to follow the rules and expectations listed below to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Respectful Behavior
- Treat all vendors, staff, guests, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Theft & Fraud Prevention
- Theft of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Switching price tags, tampering with merchandise, or attempting fraudulent transactions is prohibited.
- Sharing, transferring, duplicating, or sneaking others in using wristbands or entry credentials is considered theft and ticket fraud. You will be banned from all future shows if you are found doing this.
Wristband & Entry Policy
- Wristbands must be worn properly and remain visible at all times.
- Lost, removed, altered, or damaged wristbands may be denied re-entry.
- Only valid ticket holders are permitted inside the event.
Respect for Vendors & Merchandise
- Please handle cards, collectibles, displays, and merchandise carefully and only with vendor permission.
- Do not open sealed products, remove items from displays, or touch showcase inventory unless invited by the vendor.
- Negotiations and trades should remain respectful and professional.
Venue & Property Respect
- Guests must treat the venue and surrounding property respectfully.
- Damaging tables, displays, walls, restrooms, equipment, or property may result in financial responsibility for damages.
- Dispose of trash properly and help keep the venue clean.
Safety & Security
- Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
- Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to event staff.
- Fighting, physical altercations, or unsafe conduct will result in removal from the event.
Children & Minors
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors attending the event.
- Children should remain respectful of vendor inventory and displays.
- If possible, no strollers in the event itself as aisles might be crowded and difficult to get through with larger strollers.
No Unauthorized Selling
- Only approved vendors may conduct sales within the venue.
- Unauthorized soliciting, selling, or distributing promotional materials is prohibited.
- Attendees may bring items to trade or sell to vendors, but please no wagons with tons of merchandise to sell. Wagons will not be allowed in.
Photography & Media
- Event organizers may capture photos or video for promotional purposes.
- By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear in event media coverage.
Removal Without Refund
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these policies. Violations may result in:
- Removal from the event
- Revocation of ticket privileges
- Permanent bans from future events
- Possible involvement of law enforcement when applicable
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by all event rules, policies, and staff instructions.
