- 10:15am VIP early entry for Diamond and Sapphire tables
- 10:30 -11:00am entry for Ruby tables and individual tickets
- 11:00 - 11:30 socialize, buy raffle tickets, drink tokens, photo booth and "Wreck it Ralph", the mechanical bull
- 11:30am National Anthem and Prayer
- 11:45am 1st Speaker - Dr. Sackfield
- 12:00 - 12:45pm lunch
