Join us for our annual Chicks in the Sticks Retreat in beautiful Hochatown, Oklahoma—a transformational getaway designed for women who are ready to reflect, reset, and step boldly into their next chapter.
This 3-night business and leadership retreat blends relaxation, connection, personal growth, and strategic planning in a luxurious cabin setting. Together, we'll celebrate the wins of 2026, evaluate what’s working (and what’s not), and create a clear vision for an intentional and successful 2027.
Throughout the retreat, you'll experience:
✨ Guided year-in-review exercises
✨ Goal-setting and vision planning for 2027
✨ Small-group and large-group coaching sessions
✨ Solo reflection time
✨ Meaningful connections with like-minded women
✨ Plenty of opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Hochatown
This year, we're elevating the experience even further with a private chef, Kayla Trent, preparing delicious meals throughout the retreat.

👯 Limited to approximately 13–18 women
💰 Chicks Member Rate: $625
💰 Guest Rate: $649
Your registration includes:
✔️ 3 nights lodging
✔️ All meals during the retreat (excluding Saturday night's outing)
✔️ All coaching sessions, activities, and retreat materials
Because this is a business and leadership retreat, many attendees may be able to treat the expense as a business deduction. Please consult your tax professional regarding your specific situation.
Accommodations
King rooms are available for attendees willing to share and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Bottom bunks in shared rooms are also first-come, first-served.
Payment Options
• Pay in full at registration
• Or reserve your spot with 50% down and pay the remaining balance by September 1
