As many of you know this past May, Chick was involved in an accident that resulted in several surgeries and the amputation of his left arm. While this has completely changed his life, we are beyond grateful that he is still here with us. We know that there is a purpose in all things, and that we are always connected to the source of all creation. We have felt God's love through all of you and appreciate all of the prayers for healing.
We are planning this benefit to help off set the costs of hospital stays, surgeries, rehabilitation, prosthetics and therapy. Chick's goal is to get back to doing everything that he did before. We know that it will be an up and down journey while he is learning how to do everyday tasks with one arm and with his future prosthetics. But Chick will figure it out.
We are beyond thankful for all of the love, support, and prayers that we have received the last 2 months. The support system in our local (and extended) community has been nothing less than amazing!
