Chichester Sound Bath

This is a session of deeply relaxing sound meditation , where, by focusing on the beautiful healing sounds of our wide range of sound healing instruments you will easily slip into a deeply relaxed meditative state. This is also known as a Sound Bath due to the complete immersion in healing sounds.

During the session you will relax fully clothed .We start with a calming meditation to help you focus on relaxing your body and mind .This is then followed by the deep earthy tones of the Himalayan Bowls and the ethereal sounds from the Crystal Bowls and also the deep vibrations from a selection of gongs .

At the end of the session there are a few minutes of silence for you to fully absorb the sound experience before you are gently roused with the tingshas .

Essential to bring something to lie on , folded duvet or yoga mat , also a blanket to stay warm as you will be laying still for up to an hour and a cushion for your head.
