We are back! After a short break we are burning back our monthly meetups starting again 03/03/2026.
To kick off our relaunch we are burning Tom Shallcross to come speak. Tom is a big player in the Chicago market both for flips and rentals. He owns a sizeable rental portfolio on the Northwest side of Chicago and runs the highly regarded Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast.
This month he will be discussing how to manage your rehab projects and contractors in Chicago. Tom has completed many successful projects. From Ground up rehabs, rebuilding multi units to tenant turn overs, Tom will show us how to get it done right.
