Chi, Chai and Chimes under the Geodome.
Qigong with Emma- Follow your Chi
Join me at the beautiful Geodome at Sparrows Campsite in Halstead on MAY 29th 5pm-7.30pm.
I welcome you to join me for a beautiful 150minutes to relax, reset and recharge your mind, body and spirit.
Upon arrival amongst the glorious woodlands at Sparrows Campsite you will be guided to take your space under the geodome for our Qigong class, where we will explore various movements to aid in health and well-being for the season.
We will take a 30minute break to enjoy a cup of herbal Chai & snack in the woodlands or under a tree in a hammock!

We will then bring ourselves to the earth to lay or sit on our mats and experience the frequencies from my enchanting instruments to soothe our soul and minds.
Experience a different kind of Qigong class & Sound Bath in nature with me. And all 2 hour 30 minutes for just £37!
