Join us for the 1st annual,
Cheyenne Cars and Coffee Kickball Car Show.
August 2nd 2026, 9am-9pm
4211 Converse Ave, Cheyenne Jr. League Complex
Free Car Show and Kickball tournament for all ages.
Local vendors, sponsors, and food trucks will be supporting the event on site serving delicious food, beverages, and hand crafted products.
This event will be a Cheyenne Cars and Coffee style car show with a twist. We will be awarding 3, Best of Show Trophies/plaques for 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place by our judges. Shine up those cars, trucks, motorcycles, lowriders, hotrods or whatever you're passionate about to show and share what you love.
All motorsports, enthusiasts, racers, builders, drifters, and dreamers are encouraged to join us for a day full of smiles, memories, and car community connection.
Show starts at 9am and goes until 9pm, or until you feel you've had all the fun you can take for the day and roll out whenever you'd like.
KICKBALL TOURNAMENT STYLE, RULES AND REGULATIONS
-Games start at 11am until finished.
-12 teams.
-6-9 players per team including a Captain.
-Pitcher, Catcher, 3 basemen, 3 outfielders, 1 short stop.
-1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies to be awarded.
-Standard rules apply, 3 strikes you're out, ball caught in the air -you're out, tagged with the ball you're out, 3 outs and swap.
-8 Innings or 40 minutes per game or first to 20 points.
-Team Captains need to contact Matt Warner for team registration and Injury waiver forms.
-All teams need to be registered by JULY 25TH
-ALL TEAM MEMBERS NEED TO SUBMIT A SIGNED INJURY WAIVER FORM TO BE ELIGBLE TO PLAY.
NO THROWING THE BALL AT YOUR OPPONENT. MAKING CONTACT BY THROWING THE BALL WILL RESULT IN DISQUAILIFICATION.
WE ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN, NOT GET HURT.
THERE IS A ZERO SMOKING ORDENANCE IN OR ON THE FIELDS AT ALL TIMES.
ZERO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON SITE AT ANY TIME
BE RESPECTABLE TO BE RESPECTED
All teams will require individual injury waiver forms submitted to Matt Warner to be eligible to participate in the kickball tournament.
All food trucks and vendors will need appropriate up to date licensing and permits needed as to city guidelines.
