Day 1: Arrival in Madurai & Exploring Chettinad
- 8:00 AM – Pick-up from Madurai Railway Station.
- Meet your buddy and depart for Chettinad (2-hour drive).
- 11:00 AM*– Arrival in Chettinad.
- Check-in to your heritage hotel.
- 11:30 AM – Start your Chettinad Heritage Tour.
-Visit Chettinad's tile-making villages to witness artisans crafting vibrant, hand-made Athangudi tiles, showcasing timeless craftsmanship and creativity.
- 1:00 PM – Lunch at a local Chettinad restaurant.
- Experience the famous Chettinad cuisine, known for its rich flavors and spices.
- 3:00 PM – Visit temples and cultural sites.

1. Why the joining point is Madurai why not anywhere in Kerala?
A. As people are joining from different parts of India it’s difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.
2. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who travelling from your city
3. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. During the stay, you can keep the bag in your room.
5. Do I need to carry any blankets?
A. No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets, and other necessities for the stay
6. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes, you can.

8. After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?
A. It's strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration.
Know before you go!
1. Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
2. Carry a water bottle so that you can refill.
3. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited throughout the trip
4. We will stick to our time schedule and we will not be waiting for any late running trains/buses. Please book your tickets accordingly.
5. The places we plan to visit experience significant crowds during the peak season, and only walk-in tickets are available. In the event of any unexpected closures, we might not have an alternative plan to offer.
7. No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused.
8.The lunch which is included in the package is Chettinad authentic cruise which will be delivering rice with and different type of gravy. Further whatever you order according to your likes is not included in the package.
Cancellation policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3. For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
4. For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
5. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
