On Sunday, the 21st of June at 6 pm, Saint Mary‘s church Harrow on the Hill will be hosting Chester evensong. This is an annual service commemorating the life of Ronald Chester, one of our choristers who was killed in the First World War.
The music will be:
“O taste and see” by Vaughan Williams,
the responses are by Forbes l’estrange,
Psalm 73,
Canticles are by Dyson in F and the anthem is “blessed be the God and Father” by Samuel Sebastian Wesley.
We present the choral awards and scholarships at the service, so please do come along and support our young musicians.
All welcome!
