It is that time of the year when we turn our thoughts to our Annual Reunion Day which is to be held on 9th November 2024.The arrangements for the Reunion Day are as follows:
12;00 - 13:00 AGM (in old Choir School). Assembly location to be advised shortly.
13:00 - 13:30 Refreshments
13:30 - 14:30 Tour of Choir School buildings
16:15 - 17:00 Evensong and procession to Memorial Window

I emailed members last month asking you all to pop the date in your diaries, as Barclays Bank have recently relocated from St Werburgh Street to a property adjacent to the Town Hall, so it is now vacant. We are fortunate to have been invited to hold our AGM, refreshments and given a tour of the Old Choir School buildings this year, arranged by the Vice Dean and our Vice President, Rosie Woodall. Numbers are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible. To ensure we get a quick reply, please use the online Reunion Day Application Form. We are asking for a donation of £5 for the refreshments and tour this year. Please remember to include your membership number as reference (CCCA-65)
Please check your details on the form and update as necessary. It is extremely important we have up to date details to comply with GDPR regulations. We have not and will not pass your details to third parties. We are, however, asking if you wish to be subscribed to news from the Cathedral. If you indicate you wish to, they will be forwarded from the Association rather than emailed directly to you. As most of our members now receive their invitations and communications via email, please ensure an up-to-date email address as we no longer offer a postal option should the email bounce back. Those remaining on postal mailing will get their correspondence once a year in September\ October.
Please do make every effort to attend the AGM.
Please complete the online form (Reunion Day Booking Form ) or if you can’t access the form, send the form that follows back with subscriptions\ donations no later than Friday November 1st. If you wish to pay directly into the bank, you will find the Association Sort Code and Account number on both forms. . Please remember to include your membership number as reference
Members will receive an email invitation to this so please use that to reply. Non-members can DM me and I will add them to the list.
