Chess Studio at The Number Garden — Ages 4+

Chess Studio is a welcoming weekly chess and strategy program where beginners learn through mini-games, puzzles, coached play, and carefully chosen challenges.
Younger children can begin through parent-child mini-games. Older beginners work more independently and build toward full chess by starting with smaller chess worlds that make strategic ideas easier to see and discuss.
Program details:
• Ages 4 and up
• One focused 30–60 minute session each week
• Tuesday or Thursday afternoons
• Parent-child options and small groups
• $120 per month
• Rolling enrollment as space allows
Children do not need to know how all the pieces move. Beginner does not mean watered down: each mini-game offers a real strategic question with enough structure for confidence and enough depth for surprise.
