Chess Club for Children: Super Saturday

Chess Club for Children at Bedworth Library

Chess Club is a fun and friendly space for children to learn and play the classic game of chess. Whether your child is a beginner or already knows the basics, they’ll enjoy developing their skills and making new friends.

These sessions are great for:

• Learning how to play chess and improve strategic thinking

• Building confidence and concentration in a relaxed setting

• Making new friends with shared interests

• Discovering what our libraries offer

The library has a varied board and card game collection that you can use for free in the library anytime you visit.

Why not take a book home after the event? You'll enjoy a great read, and it's a simple way to support your library. Every loan counts.

Time: 10.00am-11.00am

Date: First Saturday of each month

Age: 4-11 (Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)

Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
