Learn how to play chess with elite chess master Matthew Juszczynski.About this Event
Join us at Woodcroft Library on Thursday evenings during the school term to learn all things chess! No chess experience is required, beginners and experienced players welcome.
Winnings and Achievements
- Matthew won the SA Blitz Chess Championships in 2005
- He has had three students win the SA Junior Championships.
- Our Chess Champions won the interschool competition twice under his leadership in 2023.
- Our team won first place in the interschool competition grand final in 2024.
For existing players and those interested in learning.
In conjunction with Onkaparinga Youth.
For ages 8+ years. Bookings optional, walk-ins welcome.
Parents and caregivers must stay in the library while their children are at this event.
If you or your child are sick, please do not attend and call the library to cancel your ticket.
