Chen Tai Chi classes cover the traditional syllabus of silk reeling and form training. Develop posture and alignment awareness, movement choreography, Tai Chi principles and breath work. All levels practising and learning together, new beginners welcome, join anytime.
Day/Time: Tuesdays at 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Cost: £8 per class (cash or contactless credit/debit card).
Format: Drop-in, pay as you go.
Instructor: Nicola of Earth Balance Tai Chi.
Location: Prep School Hall, Ryde School with Upper Chine, Queen's Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 3BE.
