Socktober Socks for Beginners
Socks are a truly addictive knit to create . . . not only are they comfy but they are the perfect thing to create on the go!
This workshop will be held over three two hour sessions during which, you will learn all about the method of how to construct socks.
At this workshop you will learn how to:-
Knit in the round using a cable needle and the magic circle method
To cast on with a stretchy cast on and join it into the round
To knit a cuff
To knit the leg
To turn a heel
To knit the foot
To knit the toe and graft the stitches together to finish off your sock
The cost of the session is £65 and includes all materials, tuition and refreshments.
The dates of the workshop are 8th, 15th and 22nd of October 18:00-20:00.
