Join us for a hot sweat and cold plunge session at Chemainus River Provincial Park. Sessions start at 10am and 12pm and are 90min long.
Besides the undeniable health benefits... it's a great way to connect with nature, meet new people and challenge yourself.

These sessions will run every second Sunday for the next few months and beyond.
Also, check out our Saturday sessions on the Elliot's Beach in Ladysmith.
