Cheltenham Women’s Circle (Pickles Cafe - 3rd June)

Held monthly at Pickles Café in their private room upstairs... a warm, softly lit space with candles, tea, sofa, armchairs, cushions,essential oils and a gentle, calming energy.

We begin with grounding practices and breathwork, allowing your body to soften and your energy to settle and rebalance.

There’s space to share, or simply be held in the circle — no pressure, no expectations.

You’ll be guided through a deeply calming meditation, giving you time to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

With gentle holistic tips to take away, this is more than just an evening — it’s a chance to return to yourself.

A woman who has known what it feels like to feel burnt out… to feel disconnected from herself while holding everything together for everyone else.

Life has stretched me — through childhood trauma, fluctuating weight, raising a large family and now menopause. That journey brought me back to myself — through low-tox swaps, holistic nutrition, chinese medicine, breathwork, astrology, chi gong, deep healing work and regular forest bathing.

This last year I have deeply invested in my personal growth by taking part in numerous holistic training workshops. Most memorable was attending ‘The Dreaming Retreat’ by Charlotte Church in Wales… a space that reminded me what it feels like to truly rest, reconnect, and be held.

And from that place, this circle was created ✨

A space for women to come home to themselves… to soften, breathe, and be held without expectation.
