Our hands-on, interactive charcuterie class is more than just a workshop; it’s an experience that brings people together through the love of food.
Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer or a novice, this class will elevate your skills and teach you how to design and present a stunning charcuterie board.
Join us on Sat, Nov.9, 2024 at 1:00pm at Connecticut Valley Winery for an interactive and delicious event. Create and design a holiday wreath shape bamboo board with a sugar cranberries, salami rose, kiwi star, provolone flower and learn tips and tricks for a gorgeous presentation.
Included: 14" Bamboo Charcuterie board/ 4 Cheeses / 2 Meats-Fresh fruit / Dried Fruit /Fresh herbs/Fresh rosemary/ Sugar Cranberries. All necessary tools provided to create your masterpiece! Also included, one glass of wine!
