Our hands-on, interactive charcuterie class is more than just a workshop; it’s an experience that brings people together through the love of food.
Join us for a fun and educational evening on Saturday, 2/22/25 @ 5:00pm at Total Wine & More, West Hartford. Learn how to create the perfect charcuterie board while sipping on 8 delicious wines from Italy.
During this in-person event, you will get hands-on experience designing a charcuterie board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits. Create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more. Michelle will guide you through the process and provide simple tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie life.
Included: 12" Bamboo board- 4 cheeses - 2 Meats - Fresh Fruit- Dry Fruit- Fresh Herbs- Crackers
All tools needed will be provided but not included.
