Chef’s Table in The SnugA Spring Lamb Dinner with Chef Ace Champion
March 18th | Limited Seating
5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
This special cooking demonstration with Chef Ace Champion blends two rich traditions — the bold, soulful flavors of New Orleans and the seasonal rhythms of Celtic spring.
In Southern kitchens, lamb is a celebratory dish — rich, tender, and worthy of gathering around. In Celtic tradition, lamb has long symbolized renewal, nourishment, and the first stirrings of life in the fields. Both cultures understand something deeply: food is memory. Food is story. Food marks the turning of time.
For this intimate evening, Chef Ace will prepare:
• New Orleans Lamb Chops with Marsala Mushroom Cream Sauce
• Roasted Rosemary & Garlic Baby Reds
• Bread Pudding with Whiskey Cream Sauce
The warmth of Marsala and whiskey nod to Southern hospitality and French-Creole influence, while rosemary, lamb, and shared table traditions speak to the ancient spring feasts of the Celtic lands. Together, they create something beautifully layered — bold yet comforting, rooted yet renewing.
This is not simply a meal. It is a celebration of light returning. Of winter loosening its grip. Of sitting close in the final weeks of the cozy season before the fields begin to awaken.
Join us for an intimate evening of storytelling, culinary craft, and seasonal celebration.
Seating in The Snug is intentionally limited to preserve the warmth and experience of the gathering.
