About this Event

More than just a tasting event, this is a dining experience designed for new, booked, and returning couples of Parley Manor. Set within the elegant surroundings of Parley Manor Walled Garden, guests can expect a warm welcome with a glass of fizz, followed by a selection of beautifully crafted canapés. The experience continues with a thoughtfully curated three-course meal, each dish expertly paired with wine to showcase flavour, creativity, and presentation. Ticket price from £70 per guest.

Throughout the evening, you will gain a genuine sense of Merlin's Catering dining experience - refined, memorable, and tailored with care. This makes it a perfect opportunity to envision your special day and try our dishes or re-experience your wedding day brought to life through exceptional food and service.


On the Night:
  • A selection of canapes and a glass of fizz upon arrival.
  • A thoughtfully prepared three-course menu by our Head Chef, highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Each course is thoughtfully paired with a glass of wine to enhance the flavours of every dish.
  • Merlins Catering will provide attentive, personalised service throughout the evening, ensuring every detail is seamlessly taken care of.
  • The Main Marquee will be beautifully styled by Simply Flower, offering plenty of inspiration for your own special day.
  • Enjoy live music throughout the evening, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
  • A fully stocked bar will be open throughout the evening for those who wish to enjoy an additional drink or two.

Booking Information:
  • Please view the Menu below.
    Please pre-order your wines, one starter, one main, and one dessert in advance, and inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.
  • Tickets are priced from £70 per person.
  • If you wish to be seated with family or friends, please book your tickets together or inform Merlins Catering in advance so we can arrange seating accordingly.
  • Groups of fewer than six guests will be seated on shared tables to encourage a warm and sociable dining experience.
  • Please note tickets are non-refundable; however, if minimum numbers are not met, Merlins Catering reserves the right to cancel the event and will issue a full refund.
  • This is a ticketed event, and entry is strictly for guests with a valid ticket. No tickets will be available to purchase at the door.
  • Please note that this is not a Wedding Fair. There will be no suppliers attending the event, and the remainder of the venue will be closed. If you would like to tour the venue and meet our recommended suppliers, we would be delighted to welcome you to our Wedding Open Day in October.
