Welcome to one of Amsterdam's most intimate dining experiences.
Chef Hugo invites you to his private Chef's Table for a full summer dinner — crafted using techniques and recipes inspired by Michelin-starred chefs including Heston Blumenthal (The Fat Duck) and Raymond Blanc (Le Manoir au Quatre Saisons). Every detail is prepared exclusively for your group. No restaurant crowds. No standard menus. Just one table, one evening, all attention on you.

🍅 Soul of the Tomato Risotto | Fennel | Courgette | Peas | Kalamata olives Slow-extracted tomato essence as a base — depth a regular risotto simply can't achieve
🍓 Eton Mess | Strawberry sorbet | Forest berries | Meringue | Pomegranate | Sumac | Rose water cream A British classic reimagined with Middle Eastern accents — light, fresh, unexpectedly complex
Includes: Sublime Wine Pairing — a carefully selected wine per course, curated via Wijnkoperij Platenburg (normally €50 p.p.)
